It’s time to Bring it Home
Bring it Home, welcomes all older people to dress up to the nines and step out to join our musical party.
Reminiscent of ‘A Prairie Home Companion’, Bring it Home features traditional live music, with special guests, stories, belly laughs, delicious snacks, sing-alongs, dancing, radio plays, interviews and more.
Featuring a galaxy of venerable stars, the show features interactive, stylistically, and culturally diverse music, highlighting musical genres from the 1920s through to the 60s. Featuring some extraordinary musicians including Wilbur Wilde and Alison Ferrier, appearances, interviews, and surprises with special guests Robyn Archer, Derek Guille and the Ugly Uncles, Crossing the Bridge Choir, and ‘Let music be the food of love’ matching nourishing recipes and songs with cook Maggie Beer.
Come along join the singing and dancing or to simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the great music, laughter, and the party atmosphere. Full Line up to be announced.
Presented by Leaps and Bounds, Yarra City Aged & Disability Services and Yarra City Arts.
